Being fairly new and also realizing that what we have in the Fleming office is not something you find everywhere, I feel very blessed and appreciative of our culture and Kim does a amazing job of keeping us in the right mind set to support each other while we are all still competing for customers in some ways.

The Coldwell Banker Fleming Island Office has been a tremendous place to learn, interact, seek advice, and grow in real estate. I am forever grateful for Kim, Mina, Lisa, Julie, and all of the agents that work together so seamlessly for everyone's success.

Kim does a fantastic job. It's not easy managing so many people who are at so many different places in their careers. She is quick to respond when I need her. I TRUST her, which is huge for me. And I truly believe she has our best interest at heart always. The staff in the office is OUTSTANDING! They are so happy to help. I never feel like a burden to them and they always greet me and my customers warmly. To be candid, I don't get much out of training but that's because I've been so well trained over the years. However, if there is an important nugget that needs to be shared, Kim typically finds creative ways to make sure we all are exposed to the information we need. I couldn't ask for a more supportive, kind and helpful group of people. I'm always proud to announce how amazing it is to work at the CB Fleming Island office.

We have an awesome and supportive office! I recently broke my foot at a home inspection and as always everyone has been kind and helpful with meals and rides. I always feel like I can ask for help if I need it.

Kim is doing an awesome job, she is available, knowledgeable and supportive. I do however think a lot of energy is going to grooming new agents. Which I understand is needed but it does seem to be a focus our company never had. We have the best office in the company by far.

Kim is incredible. Always available, Always supportive, Always encouraging. She knows that I prefer to office from home and that I do my education in other states that are ahead of us ( California mostly) but she sends all the notes from the meetings and calls me if something very important was discussed. I enjoy her presence in the office and believe her to be an amazing asset to the Fleming group

I feel fortunate to have found Coldwell Banker Vanguard many years ago when the market had crashed in 2008 and I was looking for true leadership. Beth Clark introduced me to Martha Dickerson and I was encouraged to make the next step to move my license. I've been happy with this decision and even more so when Pete Dalton bought the franchise and our company really began to offer so much more than I could have imagined in the way of support to me as an agent and to my customers.

I think the world of Kim and Julie.

I love my office, my support staff and my manager. Love my Broker and Executive Officers too. Only frustration that occurs is when we hear something new is going to come out for us and it doesn't or it takes months to come to fruition. If I may ask, don't tell us what we are getting until it is 100% ready to launch and be in our hands. That way we can hit the ground running with a new service/website/program/whatever it might be. I hate to promise my customers that something is coming and then it doesn't show up. I wouldn't change where I am at for anything. Love what I do, love where I work. I recently did a BIG mistake and it took a great group of seasoned Realtors, Cari, Kim, John M and Julie to walk through the issue and get it resolved. It was my own mistake but there was a good resolve out of it.

I have worked in this business almost 30 yrs being both a mortgage broker myself and realestate agent. Kim has been truly the best leader I have had, she doesn't just talk about it, she does it! Can't say enough about having a REAL example to follow. She makes even a long-time agent like myself learn some new tricks!! 5 star all the way!

I get asked all the time why do I travel to Fleming Island to work at CBV? I say that I love our broker, our office, the culture and Kim Knapp is the BEST office manager. I know I am not there all the time. But I feel the support of this office even when I am working from home. I do wish we had a small boutique office in St Aug to meet with people and courier things. however I realize this can't happen because of CB Premier.
